Welcome to the first glimpse of my Prophecies collection, where I imagine futures that feel a little too close for comfort. This one… a world where robots (thanks, Elon) have completely taken over, but humans aren’t going down without a fight. This is totally different from my usual portrait art, but I’ve been planning this new direction for over two years and I’m so excited to show you all what I’ve been working on. ‘Resist the Robots’ is about a resistance standing up to reclaim their freedom from the tech that’s turned against them. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Will the Artist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: At Will the Artist, we ensure each piece is packaged with the utmost care to reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Provide us with photographs of the damage for verification. This helps us to address and resolve the issue swiftly.

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting hello@willtheartist.co.uk While original artwork cannot be replaced, we are committed to addressing these concerns on a case-by-case basis to reach a fair resolution.

International Shipping Policy: We currently ship outside the United Kingdom on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire about international shipping options and costs.

At Will the Artist, we take pride in delivering high-quality original artworks, works on paper, and limited edition prints. Due to the unique and valuable nature of these pieces, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns on any products sold through our website.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if your order arrives damaged. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.

Damages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Provide photographs of the damage for verification. This helps us address and resolve the issue swiftly.

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting hello@willtheartist.co.uk We will conduct a thorough investigation into the claim, and based on the findings, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Important Note:
We require clear photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the investigation process. Once your artwork has been delivered and accepted, it becomes your property. We strongly encourage our customers to handle all artworks with care, as any damages caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

For Digital Assets

Upon acquiring digital products, the buyer inherently relinquishes the option for withdrawal. Once downloaded, these digital goods are unequivocally owned by the purchaser, rendering any revocation impossible post-purchase.
