Returns and Refund Policy
At Will the Artist, we take pride in delivering high-quality original artworks, works on paper, and limited edition prints. Due to the unique and valuable nature of these pieces, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns on any products sold through our website.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if your order arrives damaged. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.
Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Provide photographs of the damage for verification. This helps us address and resolve the issue swiftly.
Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting hello@willtheartist.co.uk We will conduct a thorough investigation into the claim, and based on the findings, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Important Note:
We require clear photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the investigation process. Once your artwork has been delivered and accepted, it becomes your property. We strongly encourage our customers to handle all artworks with care, as any damages caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
For Digital Assets
Upon acquiring digital products, the buyer inherently relinquishes the option for withdrawal. Once downloaded, these digital goods are unequivocally owned by the purchaser, rendering any revocation impossible post-purchase.
